Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a Tech team in Spain. You will help users of a major digital platform with account and product support.

You’ll answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat, keep accurate records of each interaction, and escalate more complex cases to the right team when needed. Training and coaching are provided for career progression in a multilingual, supportive environment.

Formación

• Proficient in Norwegian with confident communication.
• Good level of English for daily work.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential.
