Specsavers is hiring a Norwegian-speaking Customer Representative to join the team in Benalmádena, Málaga. You will handle customer calls, respond to inquiries via chat and social media, and provide professional, solution-oriented support about products, orders and services.

The role offers a full-time, on-site contract (39h/week) with working hours Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00, Saturday 09:00–17:00 (two weekends off per month).

Formación

• Native or fluent Norwegian speaker.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort using multiple systems.
• A positive attitude and motivation to provide great customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat and social media channels.
• Provide professional, solution-oriented support about products, orders, and services.
• Focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience every time.
• Follow project processes and procedures.
• Work closely with your team to achieve shared goals.
