Strada is seeking a SAP Payroll Austria & Swiss Consultant to join a global team in Spain. The role centers on delivering expert SAP HCM solutions, payroll configuration, and platform enhancements across international clients.

You will define technical designs, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. English proficiency is required for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP HCM modules in SAP HCM or EuHReka platform.
• Ability to define and document technical designs and data flows.
• Strong problem-solving and testing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex SAP HCM issues involving payroll, time management, reporting, and forms.
• Collaborate on service improvements for customer solutions and SAP/HCM platform.
• Define and document technical designs, data structures, and application flows.
• Perform integrated testing to verify requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
