Formación

• Nordic languages and advanced English required.
• Minimum 20 months sales experience preferred.
• Strong CRM experience to drive customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, autonomous and goal-driven.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with market understanding of Nordic region.
• Awareness of GDPR and data privacy considerations.
• Ability to demonstrate ROI and integration knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to promote and sell services.
• Create and maintain a customer database with complete information.
• Consolidate and grow the customer base.
• Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
• Ensure consistent customer follow-up.
