Oliver Wyman in Madrid seeks a Senior Consultant/Associate to join the Finance and Risk practice. You will work with Iberian and European partners to deliver advisory projects for Banking and Financial Services clients, solving complex finance and risk challenges.

Based in Madrid, you will join a senior team focused on strategic transformations, capital accuracy, risk modelling, and AI-enabled engagements, with a mix of client work and internal collaboration.

Formación

• 2-6 years of relevant consulting experience in Financial Services.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree in STEM, finance, or economics.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders.
• Fluent business English and Spanish or Portuguese.
• Ability to break down problems through quantitative thinking.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and travel as required.
• Track record of delivering results in a cross-functional, high-growth environment.

Responsabilidades

• Shape problems and develop specialized expertise for clients.
• Lead and develop small to mid-sized project teams.
• Collaborate with Oliver Wyman Iberian and European partners to deliver banking and FS engagements.
