Sateliot, a Barcelona-based satellite company, is seeking a NOC Operator to join the Network Operations Centre. You will monitor the end-to-end network, triage alarms, manage incidents, and communicate with mobile network operator partners during service events.

This entry-level role offers domain training and hands-on experience in a cutting-edge space project. You should be comfortable with IP networking, Linux CLI, and written communications, and be able to work in a shift roster.

Formación

• Entry-level position with up to 2 years of experience.
• Working understanding of IP networking and routing.
• Comfortable using Linux command line.
• Clear written communication and adherence to procedures.
• Availability to work in a shift rota.
• Spanish and English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the network end-to-end during shift, identifying issues before impact.
• Triages alarms using runbooks and documents first-line responses.
• Owns ticket lifecycle and ensures timely updates and closure.
• Communicates with MNO partners during service events and keeps stakeholders informed.
• Escalates to second-line teams with context when needed.
• Maintains accurate incident records and shift handovers.
• Contributes to knowledge base and runbook improvements.
• Supports maintenance windows and commissioning campaigns.
