• Previous experience in the same role is preferred.
• Willingness and flexibility to work in shifts (day, evening, and night).

Responsabilités

• Assist in distributing housekeeping supplies to ensure room attendants have what they need.
• Transport linens, towels and cleaning materials between stores and guest floors.
• Collect and deliver guest laundry in coordination with the laundry department.
• Assist with moving furniture and deep-cleaning tasks, including setting up extra beds.
• Remove used linens and waste to maintain a clean environment.
• Handle special housekeeping requests and urgent room servicing.
• Follow hotel safety protocols and hygiene standards.
• Respect guest privacy and handle belongings with care.
• Use cleaning products responsibly and support sustainability measures.
• Perform other duties as required by the Executive Housekeeper.

About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, as the Night Houseperson, you will be responsible for assisting in the distribution of housekeeping supplies, ensuring room attendants have everything needed for their tasks.

As Night Houseperson, you will beresponsiblefor the following duties:

• To assist in the distribution of housekeeping supplies, ensuring room attendants have everything needed for their tasks

• To transport linens, towels, and cleaning materials between storage areas and guest floors.

• To collect and deliver guest laundry, coordinating with the laundry department.

• To assist with moving furniture and deep-cleaning projects, including setting up extra beds or cribs in rooms.

• To remove used linens and waste from guest rooms and service areas, ensuring a clean working environment

• To handle special housekeeping requests, such as additional amenities or urgent room servicing

• To follow hotel safety protocols, ensuring compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards

• To respect guest privacy, following the "Do Not Disturb" policy and handling guest belongings with care

• To use cleaning supplies responsibly, adhering to sustainability and cost-control measures

• To perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Executive Housekeeper

• Contribute to the hotel’s sustainability initiatives by ensuring the proper separation and handling of waste, and by supporting the established environmental policies
