Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our luxury housekeeping team. You will maintain and clean guest rooms to the highest standards, ensuring privacy and safety while upholding our commitment to sustainability and guest satisfaction.

We value flexibility to work in shifts, strong appearance, and good English and Spanish communication. Legal work authorization in Spain is required, and training and growth opportunities are provided within

• Experience in housekeeping is preferred.
• Willingness to work in shifts (day, evening, night).
• Basic communication in Spanish and English.
• Legal authorization to work in Spain.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to luxury standards.
• Make beds, replace linens, and replenish amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all areas of guest rooms.
• Report maintenance issues to Floor Supervisor for action.
• Respect guest privacy and handle belongings with care.
• Follow hygiene, safety and sanitation protocols.
• Use cleaning supplies responsibly and support sustainability goals.
• Perform additional duties as required by Executive Housekeeper.
• Contribute to sustainability by proper waste separation and environmental policy adherence.

About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, as the Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, ensuring they meet the hotel’s luxury standards.

As Housekeeping Attendant, you will beresponsiblefor the following duties:

• To clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring they meet the hotel’s luxury standards.

• To make beds, replace linens, and replenish amenities, following the relevant guidelines.

• To dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all areas of the guest rooms.

• To report any maintenance issues to the Floor Supervisor for immediate action.

• To respect guest privacy, following the "Do Not Disturb" policy and handling guest belongings with care.

• To follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols, ensuring a clean and secure work environment.

• To use cleaning supplies responsibly, adhering to sustainability and cost-control measures.

• To perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Executive Housekeeper.

• Contribute to the hotel’s sustainability initiatives by ensuring the proper separation and handling of waste, and by supporting the established environmental policies.

As Housekeeping Attendant, weexpectfrom you:

Experience and education

• Previous experience in the same role is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Willingness and flexibility to work in shifts (day, afternoon, and night).

• Basic communication skills in Spanish and English.

• Professional appearance, adhering to hotel grooming standards.

• Legal authorization to work in Spain.
