Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra Mallorca is seeking a Night Auditor to join the Front Office Team. Based at the property, you will perform nightly audit procedures, reconcile daily revenue, charges and transactions, and ensure a seamless guest experience.

We require 1–2 years in Front Office or luxury hospitality, fluency in English and Spanish, and familiarity with PMS such as HMS, Opera or Fidelio. Ability to work nights and maintain high standards of service is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Front Office operations, or high-end hospitality environment.
• Effective communication skills in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
• Willingness and flexibility to work night shifts.
• Basic IT skills, with solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with hotel management systems (e.g., HMS, Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS).

Responsibilities

• Ensuring a flawless check-in/check-out process.
• Answering the telephone with clarity and assisting internal and external callers.
• Generating and distributing end-of-day financial reports to relevant departments and management.
• Verifying accuracy of guest folios, room charges, postings and correcting discrepancies.
• Coordinating with Security and Night Manager in case of emergencies or incidents.
• Responding to guest inquiries or issues during the night shift with prompt, courteous service.
• Preparing the Front Desk for the following day, ensuring systems and documentation are updated.
• Performing other duties as required by the Night Manager.

About The Job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, within the Front Office Department, the Night Auditor is responsible for performing nightly audit procedures, reconciling daily revenue, charges and transactions.

As Night Auditor, you will beresponsiblefor the following dutie

• Answering the telephone in the utmost clarity, offering assistance to internal and external callers.
• Generating and distributing end-of-day financial reports to relevant departments and management.
• Verifying accuracy of guest folios, room charges, postings and correcting any discrepancies.
• Coordinating with Security and the Night Manager in case of emergencies or incidents.
• Responding to guest inquiries or issues during the night shift, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
• Preparing the Front Desk for the following day, ensuring systems and documentation are updated.
• Performing any other reasonable duties as required by the Night Manager.

As Night Auditor, weexpectfrom you:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Front Office operations, or high-end hospitality environment.
• Effective communication skills in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
• Willingness and flexibility to work night shifts.
• Well-groomed appearance, adhering to the hotel's grooming standards.
• Basic IT skills, with solid knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity of hotel management systems (e.g., HMS, Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS).
• An independent and proactive approach.
• High attention to detail and a strong focus on maintaining quality service and operational excellence.
• Legal authorization to work in Spain.
