Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a field-based Neuroscience Medical Science Liaison to support Spain and Portugal.

The MSL will build trusted scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals and investigators to advance medical education, generate clinical evidence, and improve patient care. Acting as the primary scientific interface, the MSL will deliver high-quality scientific exchange, gather insights, and support clinical research activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Formación

• Advanced scientific or medical degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent).
• Strong Neuroscience and/or Psychiatry knowledge from clinical, research or industry roles.
• Proven experience engaging with healthcare professionals, investigators and KOLs.
• Experience supporting clinical trials, including site identification and recruitment.
• Ability to interpret, analyse, and communicate complex scientific data clearly.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and regulatory awareness.
• Fluency in English and relevant local language(s) where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with key opinion leaders, HCPs, investigators and patient groups.
• Deliver accurate, balanced scientific exchange on disease management and developments in neuroscience.
• Identify insights and unmet needs to inform medical strategy.
• Support clinical research activities through investigator engagement and patient recruitment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive evidence generation and strategic objectives.
• Develop and execute territory medical engagement plans aligned to regional/global medical objectives.
• Communicate actionable medical insights to support planning and decision-making.
• Support advisory boards, medical education programmes, and scientific meetings.
• Ensure activities comply with regulations and pharmacovigilance standards.
