Syneos Health is seeking a field-based Neuroscience Medical Science Liaison to support Spain and Portugal. This role focuses on building scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals, investigators, and key opinion leaders to advance medical education and evidence generation in neuroscience and psychiatry.

Formación

• Advanced scientific or medical degree required (MD/PhD/PharmD or equivalent).
• Experience in Neuroscience and/or Psychiatry in clinical, research or industry roles.
• Proven engagement with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
• Experience supporting clinical trials: site id, feasibility, investigator engagement, recruitment.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific data effectively.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and knowledge of regulatory/pharmacovigilance processes.
• Fluency in English and local language(s) where applicable.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including international travel.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, investigators and patient groups in neuroscience and psychiatry.
• Deliver accurate, balanced scientific exchange on disease management and emerging data.
• Identify insights and opportunities to inform medical strategy in the local landscape.
• Support clinical research through investigator engagement, site feasibility and patient recruitment.
• Facilitate evidence generation via collaboration with investigators and supported research activities.
• Develop and execute territory medical engagement plans aligned to regional and global objectives.
• Gather and communicate actionable medical insights to support planning and decision-making.
• Support advisory boards, medical education programmes, meetings and congress activities.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Market Access, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance and Commercial teams.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulations, compliance standards and ethical guidelines.
