Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison for Neuroscience and Psychiatry to support Spain and Portugal.

The role focuses on building trusted scientific partnerships with clinicians, investigators and thought leaders to advance medical education, evidence generation and patient care. The MSL will deliver high-quality scientific exchange, support clinical research activities, and collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial teams while ensuring ethics

Formación

• Advanced scientific or medical degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge in Neuroscience and/or Psychiatry.
• Experience engaging with healthcare professionals and investigators.
• Experience supporting clinical trials, site identification, and patient recruitment.
• Ability to communicate complex data clearly.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration in matrix organisations.
• Fluency in English and local language(s).
• Willingness to travel extensively, including international travel.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted scientific relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, investigators and other stakeholders.
• Deliver accurate, balanced, and compliant scientific exchange on neuroscience/psychiatry data.
• Identify insights, unmet needs, and opportunities to inform medical strategy.
• Support clinical research through investigator engagement, site feasibility, and recruitment.
• Facilitate evidence generation with investigators and sponsor studies.
• Develop territory medical engagement plans aligned to objectives.
• Gather and communicate actionable medical insights to inform planning.
• Support advisory boards, medical education programs, and congress activities.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Market Access, Regulatory, PV, and Commercial teams.
• Ensure activities comply with regulations, compliance standards, and ethics.
