Syneos Health is seeking a field-based Neuroscience Medical Science Liaison to support Neuroscience and Psychiatry across Spain and Portugal. The role focuses on building trusted scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals, investigators, and key opinion leaders to advance medical education and clinical evidence generation.

Formación

• Advanced scientific or medical degree required; relevant pharma/academic experience accepted.
• Strong Neuroscience/ Psychiatry knowledge from clinical/research/pharma roles.
• Proven ability to engage with healthcare professionals and investigators.
• Experience supporting clinical trials and patient recruitment.
• Ability to interpret complex scientific/clinical data clearly.
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration within matrix organisations.
• Understanding of local healthcare systems, compliance, and pharmacovigilance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and local language; willingness to travel extensively.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with key opinion leaders, HCPs, investigators and patient groups in neuroscience and psychiatry.
• Deliver accurate, balanced scientific exchange on disease management and emerging data.
• Identify insights and opportunities to inform medical strategy and plan engagement.
• Support clinical research: site identification, feasibility, investigator engagement and recruitment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute medical initiatives and advisory activities.
• Ensure activities comply with regulations, pharmacovigilance standards and ethics.
