Syneos Health in Valencia, Spain, is seeking a field-based Neuroscience Medical Science Liaison to support neuroscience and psychiatry across international markets. You will build trusted scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals to advance medical education and evidence generation.

As the primary scientific interface, you will deliver high-quality exchanges, gather insights, and support clinical research.

Formación

• Advanced scientific or medical degree or equivalent experience in neuroscience/psychiatry.
• Proven experience engaging with healthcare professionals and investigators.
• Ability to interpret complex scientific data for diverse audiences.
• Experience supporting clinical research and site engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and clinicians in neuroscience and psychiatry.
• Deliver compliant scientific exchange on disease management and emerging data.
• Identify insights and unmet needs to inform medical strategy.
• Support investigator engagement, site feasibility, and patient recruitment for studies.
• Develop territory medical engagement plans aligned to medical objectives.
• Communicate actionable insights to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
• Support medical education programs, advisory boards, and scientific meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ethics and compliance.
