Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to support Neuroscience and Psychiatry across international markets. This role focuses on building trusted scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals, investigators and key opinion leaders to advance medical education, clinical evidence generation and patient care.

Formación

• Advanced scientific or medical degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent).
• Strong Neuroscience and/or Psychiatry knowledge from clinical, research, or pharma roles.
• Proven experience engaging with healthcare professionals, investigators, and key opinion leaders.
• Experience supporting clinical trials including site ID, feasibility, investigator engagement, and patient recruitment.
• Excellent data interpretation and scientific communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including international travel.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, investigators, patient groups, and societies in neuroscience/psychiatry.
• Deliver accurate, balanced scientific exchange on disease management and emerging data.
• Identify insights and unmet needs to inform medical strategy.
• Support clinical research activities through investigator engagement and site identification.
• Facilitate evidence generation with investigators and support for sponsor and investigator-led studies.
• Develop and execute territory medical engagement plans aligned with medical objectives.
• Gather and communicate actionable insights to support planning and decisions.
• Support advisory boards, education programs, meetings, and congress activities.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Market Access, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, and Commercial teams.
• Ensure activities comply with regulations and ethical guidelines.
