NTT DATA Spain is hiring a Networking Managed Services Engineer (L1) to provide first-line support for client IT infrastructure, ensuring systems stay operational and incidents are resolved promptly.

You will monitor environments, investigate incidents, apply SOPs, update knowledge bases, and contribute to service improvements. A degree in IT or equivalent experience is expected, with willingness to work on-site in Galicia area.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology/computing or equivalent experience.
• Basic understanding of networking technologies and security devices.
• Ability to follow SOPs and ITSM processes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line incident and service request handling to keep client IT infra running.
• Monitor client environments and identify issues before or as they occur.
• Investigate root causes and apply approved procedures for resolution.
• Update knowledge bases and share insights for continuous improvement.
• Support patching, configuration changes, and shift handovers for continuity.
