MindMatch en Majadahonda, Comunidad de Madrid, España, busca un Ingeniero de Red (L1/L2) para un rol de soporte en sitio. El puesto es de contrato freelance/B2B con trabajo principalmente presencial.

Se requieren 1–3 años de experiencia en soporte de red, fuertes conceptos de TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP y VLANs, y experiencia con routers, switches y firewalls (Cisco/ Juniper). Certificaciones CCNA valoradas y capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma.

Formación

• 1–3 años de experiencia en Soporte/Ingeniería de Red.
• Conocimientos sólidos de conceptos de redes (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
• Experiencia práctica con routers, switches y firewalls (Cisco/Juniper).
• Conocimientos básicos de seguridad de red.
• Experiencia con VPN y acceso remoto.

Responsabilidades

• Proporcionar soporte de Nivel 1/2 para infraestructuras de red y problemas de conectividad.
• Monitorear y mantener el rendimiento de la LAN/WAN.
• Configurar y solucionar routers, switches y firewalls.
• Diagnosticar problemas de red relacionados con IP, DNS, DHCP y VPN.
• Asistir en instalaciones, actualizaciones y parches de red.
• Mantener la documentación de red y actualizar configuraciones.
• Gestionar incidencias mediante el sistema de tickets y SLA.

We are currently looking for a Network Engineer (L1 / L2) professional to join our team in an on-site support role.

Location: Majadahonda, Spain

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1/Level 2 support for network infrastructure and connectivity issues
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN network performance
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls
• Diagnose network issues related to IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
• Assist in network installations, upgrades, and patching activities
• Ensure network security and follow best practices
• Support end-users with connectivity and access-related issues
• Maintain network documentation and update configurations
• Log, track, and resolve incidents through the ticketing system
• Escalate complex network issues to senior engineers/vendors
• Ensure timely resolution as per SLA requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in Network Support / Network Engineering
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, xkdbapo and firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of network security principles
• Experience with VPN and remote access technologies
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems
• Relevant certifications (CCNA or equivalent) are a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
