Confidential employer, based at Muelle Viejo de Palma, Mallorca, is seeking a Nautical Refit Sales Representative to expand its client portfolio. The role is full-time and located at the Palma port, driving growth in boat refit and maintenance services.

The candidate should have proven sales experience, strong nautical knowledge, English fluency, and mobility. The position offers a fixed gross salary of 33,000 EUR plus performance-based commissions and a regular Mon–Fri schedule.

Formación

• Proven experience in commercial sales and business development.
• Solid knowledge of boats, yachts and marine maintenance processes.
• Fluent / very high proficiency in English for international clients.
• Valid B driving licence, motorcycle licence, and own vehicle for mobility.
• Nautical qualification (PER) is a valuable plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and acquire new domestic and international yachting clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with yacht owners, captains and management companies.
• Manage commercial sales processes for yacht refit, repair and maintenance projects.
• Represent the company at maritime events, boat shows and networking occasions.
