In this position, you will be the direct point of contact for clients seeking quality nautical products, vessel accessories, and technical solutions. Your core daily tasks include:

• Welcoming customers and providing attentive, knowledgeable advice regarding nautical products and boat supplies
• Processing sales at the counter and assisting customers with product inquiries
• Maintaining product displays, organizing shelves, and helping keep the shop floor well-structured and welcoming
• Working with digital tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel to manage daily sales administrative tasks, check product availability, and track orders
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the store

To qualify for this position, you should bring retail experience and good communication skills to serve both local and international customers in Palma:

• Solid background and proven experience in retail sales and customer support
• An upper-intermediate to high level of English, essential for communicating effectively with international boat owners and visitors
• Practical proficiency in basic office software, specifically Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Previous experience or knowledge in the nautical sector, DIY (bricolaje), hardware store environments (ferretería), or related technical retail is highly valued
• A reliable, customer-oriented attitude with good communication and teamwork skills

Here is what this opportunity in Palma offers you:

• A permanent employment contract (contrato indefinido) with long-term job stability in the private retail sector
• A gross monthly salary of 1,850 EUR in accordance with the local collective commerce agreement (Convenio de Comercio)
• A regular full-time working schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00, combined with alternating Saturdays from 9:00 to 13:00
• A central workplace location right in Palma, Mallorca
