Noel Alimentaria in Olot is seeking a National Customer Service representative to manage and retain the assigned customer portfolio, coordinate and track orders, and resolve incidents with customers. You will act as the main interlocutor between the client and the company's different areas, ensuring proactive, high-quality service.

We value training in administration or related fields, 2 years' experience in order entry and billing supervision, and fluency in Catalan and Spanish, with English as

• Training in Administration, Commerce, Logistics, Transport or similar.
• 2 years of experience developing order entry and follow-up functions, resolution of incidents with customers, coordination with departments involved, billing supervision, etc.
• Computer Science: medium/advanced proficiency.
• Languages: Catalan and Spanish essential. English B1 is an asset.
