The GB Foods, S.A. is looking for a Lean Manufacturing Specialist to oversee the deployment and sustainability of the Excellent Operations System (EOS) across multiple manufacturing sites. This role is crucial for promoting a zero-loss culture and involves strong hands-on knowledge of Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Progressive Maintenance (PM) pillars.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in manufacturing, demonstrate successful implementation of AM and PM strategies, and possess the ability to drive change across diverse teams while delivering measurable business results within a multicultural environment.

Formación

• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of TPM and Lean Manufacturing.
• Proven ability to align cross-site teams toward common goals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the deployment of the Excellent Operations System (EOS) across sites.
• Drive AM and PM pillar implementation ensuring compliance.
• Coach teams to foster a CI/EOS culture across the supply chain.
