ALPADIA Language Schools SA in Barcelona, Spain, seeks a multilingual Student Recruitment Specialist to join our Sales team. The role drives international student admissions, advises on destinations and programs, and manages quotes and bookings, reporting to the Sales Director and Manager.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, coordinate interviews, and stay updated on schools and sales techniques. The position is based in Barcelona with a dynamic, international team.

Formación

• Degree in sales, marketing, tourism or equivalent.
• Experience in sales department in travel & tourism industry or in language education.
• Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• High level of English + C2/C1 in French or Italian or Spanish or German.
• Other languages would be a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Advise customers about destinations, schools, adequate programs and visa.
• Organise phone contacts and interview requests with prospects.
• Create and follow up on quotes.
• Transform leads and opportunities into bookings.
• Update regularly your knowledge about our schools, destinations and sales techniques.
• Work closely with Student support referrals based in each school to confirm availability.
