Blu in Barcelona is seeking an Online Sales Consultant to drive the German-speaking market. You will own the full B2C sales cycle, conduct engaging online consultations, and guide prospective students toward enrollment from our central Barcelona hub in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Native or C1/C2 level German and good working proficiency in English.
• Proven B2C sales experience covering the full cycle, ideally in remote/online settings.
• Strong consultative mindset with ability to build trust and charisma on camera and phone.
• Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office tools, and digital platforms for lead engagement.
• Ability to work from the Barcelona office 2 days per week (hybrid setup).
• Background in business, marketing, language teaching, hospitality, or service-oriented sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full B2C sales cycle for German-speaking learners through online consultations to meet monthly targets.
• Manage and nurture your sales pipeline: convert inbound leads, follow-ups, and past contacts into enrollments.
• Conduct after-sales outreach to drive renewals and referrals.
• Maintain an accurate CRM and track pipeline health and monthly performance.
• Collaborate with the Service Team to ensure smooth student handovers and satisfaction.
• Report on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to the Sales Manager and Center Director.
