Job summary

Marbella For Sale is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to work with international buyers and property owners across Marbella and the Costa del Sol. You will own your pipeline, follow up consistently, and convert qualified inquiries into viewings, offers, and completed sales.

The role requires at least two years of real estate sales experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and a strong knowledge of Marbella.

Qualifications

• At least two years of real estate sales experience and completed property transactions.
• Legal authorization to work in Spain.
• Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for property viewings.

Responsibilities

• Qualify buyer enquiries by establishing requirements, budgets, financing, and timelines.
• Identify suitable properties and organise well-prepared viewings.
• Advise clients on locations, property options, and current market conditions.
• Build relationships with property owners, buyers, and collaborating agencies.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate transactions with lawyers and other parties.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and clear next steps for active inquiries.
• Follow up with new leads, previous enquiries, and clients after viewings.
• Develop new business through referrals, networking, and owner relationships.
• Work toward agreed sales targets and provide regular pipeline updates.
