Job summary

Marbella For Sale is looking for a confident Telemarketing Executive to join our busy team in Puerto Banús. You will be a first point of contact for prospective clients, identifying their property requirements and arranging appointments for our sales team.

Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, with an additional language preferred. You will maintain accurate records in our CRM, work toward targets, and represent Marbella For Sale professionally in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Additional language preferred (Dutch, French, German, Russian or Scandinavian).
• Confident telephone manner, strong listening skills and a client-focused approach.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service or similar role.
• Good knowledge of Marbella and the wider Costa del Sol.
• Strong organisation and consistent follow-up.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, email and everyday office software.
• Previous real estate experience is an advantage.
• Right to work in Spain and availability to work from Puerto Banús.

Responsibilities

• Contact incoming leads and follow up with prospective buyers by telephone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Understand clients’ requirements, budgets, preferred locations, and purchasing timescales.
• Arrange property viewings and appointments with our sales team.
• Reconnect with existing enquiries and maintain regular follow-up.
• Keep accurate records of client conversations and activity in our intranet.
• Work towards agreed targets for calls, qualified leads, and appointments.
• Represent Marbella For Sale professionally in every interaction.
