Qualifications

• Must speak English and additional languages (Romanian, German or Polish).
• Proven track record in real estate sales and client service.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Marbella area (Costa del Sol).
• Knowledge of local market is a major advantage.
• Creative in finding opportunities and closing deals.
• Confident communicator with strong presence and drive.

Responsabilités

• Guide international buyers through the entire property purchasing journey on the Costa del Sol.
• Build long-term relationships based on trust, expertise, and outstanding service and personal contact.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals with confidence.
• Work with a continuous flow of leads.
• Become a trusted advisor rather than just another sales agent.
• Represent the Icarus brand with confidence and personality.
