Job summary

Property Partners Marbella is expanding its team to capitalize on a direct channel to high-net-worth Latin American buyers and a growing Marbella market. We seek experienced Real Estate Agents who know the local scene, are commercially driven, and excel at relationship building with owners and international buyers.

We offer an uncapped commission structure, access to an international buyer pipeline, and professional marketing support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate, ideally in Marbella/Costa del Sol.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Fluent English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with property owners and international buyers.
• Manage listings, showings, and sale processes to close deals.
• Collaborate with developers for portfolio access and marketing.
• Utilise CRM and marketing tools to grow the client pipeline.

We are a boutique agency specialising in high-value residential property across Marbella and the Costa del Sol, with a differentiating edge: a direct channel to high-net-worth Latin American buyers that very few agencies in the market can offer.

We are looking for experienced and ambitious Real Estate Agents to develop their career with us in the most sought-after areas of the coast:

We are particularly interested in agents who know the local market, are commercially driven, proactive, and capable of building lasting relationships with both property owners and international buyers.

Fluent English and Spanish are essential. Additional languages are a strong advantage.
