Job summary

Clarivate is seeking a Legal content analyst specializing in IP law to join our Barcelona Content Editing team. The role requires a law degree and fluency in English, German and Polish, with additional Spanish is a plus.

You will curate IP case law data, improve data discoverability, and contribute to the accuracy and timeliness of records while staying updated on developments in IP law. Hybrid work in Barcelona with collaboration across a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent.
• 2 years of post-graduate experience.
• Fluent in English, German & Polish.

Responsibilities

• Apply appropriate curation and analysis of IP case law data points and legal discussions within assigned product database.
• Improve data discoverability through the extraction and analysis of related IP case law data points and legal discussions within assigned product database.
• Adhere to prescribed analysis guidelines and propose added terms for consideration based on new developments in area of expertise.
• Deliver high-quality records by ensuring completeness, proper data structure, and timeliness of record updates.
• Play an active role in team and maintain awareness of current trends and new developments in area of expertise.
• Monitor and prioritise the daily volume based on the product requirements.
• Proactively identify and report issues that may impact the ability of the team to achieve production targets.
• Mentor and guide new team members in the common production tasks and applications.
