Zusammenfassung

Clarivate in Barcelona seeks a Legal content analyst for IP Law who will curate and analyze IP case law data in multiple languages. You will enhance data discoverability and ensure timely, well-structured records within our product databases.

The role requires a law degree and fluency in German, Polish, English and Spanish, with a strong IP law background. It is a permanent full-time, hybrid position in Barcelona reporting to the Team Manager, Legal Content Analysis.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent.
• 2 years of post-graduate experience.
• Fluent in English, German & Polish.
• Knowledge of Intellectual Property Law, especially in Trademark domain.
• Fluent in Spanish.

Aufgaben

• Apply appropriate curation and analysis of IP case law data points and legal discussions within assigned product database.
• Improve data discoverability through extraction and analysis of related IP case law data points and legal discussions.
• Adhere to prescribed analysis guidelines and propose added terms for consideration based on new developments in area of expertise.
• Deliver high-quality records by ensuring completeness, proper data structure, and timeliness of record updates.
• Evaluate own quality of work.
• Play an active role in team and maintain awareness of current trends and new developments in area of expertise.
• Monitor and prioritise the daily volume based on the product requirements.
• Proactively identify and report issues that may impact the ability of the team to achieve production targets.
• Mentor and guide new team members in the common production tasks and applications.
