Autodesk is seeking a Client Services Specialist to be a key part of frontline support, ensuring customer requests are resolved promptly with care and understanding.

You will analyze and document issues, assist with license fulfillment, and educate customers on Autodesk resources, with strong Windows and Office proficiency.

This role involves cross-functional collaboration with sales and other teams to deliver excellent service and drive customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication in English; additional German or French a plus.
• Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office; quick to learn internal apps.
• Experience in customer service and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work varying shifts and OT as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide frontline support to Autodesk customers and partners.
• Analyze and resolve access, license, and account issues.
• Communicate across phone, chat, and email to ensure satisfaction.
• Document issues and contribute to knowledge base and self-serve resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and sales for orders and campaigns.
• Act as SME on policies, processes, and tools; drive partner enablement.
