The Lubrizol Corporation is seeking a Site Leader for our Montmeló operations. You will lead a high‑performing team to deliver safe, efficient results aligned with business goals and CAPEX plans.

You will oversee budget cycles, talent development, and performance reviews while collaborating across HSE, Quality, and Manufacturing Technology to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced chemical manufacturing environment. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• 15+ years overall experience in chemical/industrial operations.
• Strong process safety track record.
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Montmeló site with emphasis on ethics, safety, and performance.
• Develop and execute annual operating plan aligned with AOP.
• Coach and develop plant and functional teams for growth.
• Oversee budgeting, CAPEX, and performance reviews at site level.
• Drive manufacturing performance across HSE, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Collaborate with HSE, Quality, and Operations Excellence to raise functional standards.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration with supply chain and procurement.
• Partner with business teams to maintain a one-team mindset.
• Support CAPEX and continuous improvement initiatives.
