Jobgether is seeking a Senior CRM Manager (Monetisation) based in Spain to own CRM-led monetization initiatives that accelerate revenue and customer lifetime value. You will craft lifecycle journeys, run hands-on campaigns, and work across acquisition, engagement, retention, and win-back stages, supported by rigorous experimentation and data analysis.

You’ll design scalable CRM processes, optimize performance, and ensure smooth technical execution.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional CRM experience with hands-on campaign execution.
• Monetization-focused CRM initiatives and revenue impact.
• Experience configuring CRM automations, campaigns, and workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute CRM monetization initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Design and manage customer lifecycle journeys across acquisition to win‑back.
• Hands-on CRM operations with high volumes of campaigns.
• Develop audience segmentation and testing strategies to optimize performance.
• Build an A/B testing framework to evaluate hypotheses and opportunities.
• Monitor CRM metrics and translate results into actionable insights.
• Oversee technical CRM setup including automations and integrations.
• Collaborate with Growth, Analytics, Design, Product, and Engineering.
• Identify opportunities to improve user journeys and monetization.
