Job summary

Tripledot Studios is seeking a passionate Product Manager to join our team in Barcelona. You will lead product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for a mobile game or a significant live area, leveraging player behavior and market data to drive opportunities.

You will define and evaluate A/B tests across monetisation, gameplay, progression, and level performance, while optimizing hybrid monetisation strategies and collaborating with designers, developers and analysts.

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience within mobile games.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with live-game optimization and experimentation (A/B tests).
• Experience working with mobile-game monetisation.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap and priorities for a mobile game or a significant area of a live game.
• Use player behaviour, game performance and market data to identify opportunities and make product decisions.
• Define, prioritise and evaluate A/B tests across monetisation, gameplay, progression and level performance.
• Optimise hybrid monetisation systems across in-app purchases and advertising.
• Partner with designers, developers, artists and analysts to translate product goals into execution.
• Collaborate with user acquisition partners to support launch and scaling decisions.
• Establish success metrics, monitor KPIs and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Make evidence-based recommendations on iteration, scale or stopping concepts.
• Support a Product Analyst as the role and team evolve.
