Job summary

Gameloft is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Asphalt Legends, guiding revenue strategy, engagement, and monetization across the product lifecycle. You will partner with Game Leadership to shape the roadmap and balance growth with AAA player experience.

You will lead data-driven initiatives, oversee A/B testing and KPI forecasting, and mentor junior PMs while elevating the game's profile internally and externally. The role is hybrid in Barcelona.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in F2P games (Mobile, PC, or Console).
• Proven impact in monetization and retention for top-tier live titles.
• Analytical ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights; proficiency in advanced analytics tools is expected.
• Excellent presentation and documentation skills for executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Vision: define the roadmap with Game Leadership to meet aggressive commercial targets.
• Live Ops Excellence: drive data-driven growth and operational efficiency in events and offers to maximize LTV/ARPU.
• Monetization Innovation: own end-to-end lifecycle of new monetization systems and optimize existing ones.
• Data Leadership: oversee hypothesis-driven development with A/B testing, analysis, and KPI forecasting.
