SITA in Madrid is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale migration program across GEOs and delivery partners. You will orchestrate planning, governance, and execution to deliver migrations on time, at scale, and aligned with objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience) and at least one technical certification.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation or migration programs.
• Strong governance, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
