Revolut is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business across the mid-market segment globally. You will identify potential customers, match them with the best plan from our full product suite, and help them adopt new features to increase usage.

The role requires fluency in English and German, 1+ year in sales/BDR, and 3+ years in an account executive role closing high-value deals. You will work in a fast-paced fintech environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Fluent in English and German, with strong communication skills across levels.
• 1+ years of experience as a Sales or Business Development Representative.
• 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive managing the full sales cycle.
• Track record of closing high-value deals with medium to long sales cycles.
• Solid prospecting skills to generate leads and pursue new business opportunities.
• Experience in fast-paced tech environments, fintech preferred; knowledge of local competitors is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Activate and engage mid-market customers to drive adoption and growth.
• Identify high-potential accounts based on turnover, employee count, industry and other signals.
• Conduct discovery and qualification during signup, guiding customers to the best product plan.
• Collaborate with Product Sales Executives to deepen relationships and cross-sell while gathering feedback.
