Genea Biomedx seeks a Software & Hardware Field Service Engineer in Spain to install, commission, and support medical devices across Europe, acting as the technical interface with European customers and China R&D.

The role blends software development and hardware troubleshooting, with C++, Qt/QML, Windows/Linux, PLCs, CAN Bus, and system integration. Travel across Europe is required; fluency in English and Chinese is essential, Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in software, medical devices, automation equipment, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in C++ and Qt/QML, with practical experience in software development, debugging, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments and software installation, configuration, log analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Strong combined software and hardware technical capabilities including electrical systems and control interfaces.
• Willingness to travel throughout Spain and Europe for customer-site work.

Responsabilidades

• Install, commission, and provide field technical support for medical devices in Spain and Europe.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot software using C++ and Qt/QML.
• Lead or support system integration between software and hardware components.
• Serve as technical interface between European customers/field teams and China R&D.
• Prepare technical documentation and participate in quality-system activities.
• Provide customer training and regional European support as needed.
