CASTRO Genea Biomedx is hiring a Software & Hardware Field Service Engineer based in Spain with strong software, hardware and field service expertise. You will install, commission, and support medical devices across Europe, interfacing with China R&D and European customers.

The role requires fluent English and Chinese, with Spanish preferred, and travel across Europe to perform installations, troubleshooting and training on Windows/Linux platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in software, medical devices, automation equipment, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in C++ and Qt/QML, with practical experience in software development, debugging, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments, with the ability to independently perform software installation, configuration, log analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel throughout Europe for customer-site installations, maintenance, upgrades, and training.

Responsabilidades

• Equipment Installation & Field Technical Support across Spain and other European countries.
• Software development, maintenance, and improvements for medical device software on Windows/Linux.
• System integration and debugging between software and hardware components.
