Genea Biomedx seeks a Software & Hardware Field Service Engineer based in Spain to install, commission, and troubleshoot the company’s medical devices across Europe. You will lead software development and hardware integration on Windows/Linux, using C++/Qt/QML, and coordinate with the China R&D team.

The role requires strong software and hardware capabilities, experience with PLCs, CAN Bus, and motion control, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Formación

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Responsabilidades

Install, commission, and provide on-site and remote technical support for medical devices in Spain and Europe.
Develop and maintain medical device software on Windows/Linux using C++ and Qt/QML; perform debugging and troubleshooting.
Lead or assist system integration between software and hardware; address PLCs, motion control, CAN Bus, sensors, and communication interfaces.
Serve as technical interface between European customers/field teams and R&D in China; collect and communicate field issues clearly.
Prepare installation records, maintenance reports, and technical documentation; support CAPA and quality-system activities.
Provide training to customers and regional support teams; travel across Spain and Europe as needed.
