Genea Biomedx is seeking a Software & Hardware Field Service Engineer based in Spain to install, commission, and support its medical devices across Europe, serving as a key technical interface between European customers/field teams and the China R&D team. The role demands strong software/hardware skills with C++ and Qt/QML, plus Windows/Linux experience.

Fluency in English and Chinese is required; Spanish is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software, medical devices, automation equipment, or related technical field.
• Proficiency in C++ and Qt/QML, with practical experience in software development, debugging, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments, with the ability to independently perform software installation, configuration, log analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Strong combined software and hardware technical capabilities, including hardware architecture, electrical systems, sensors, motion control, and equipment communications.
• Knowledge of PLC, CAN Bus, Serial Communication, TCP/IP, USB interfaces.
• Experience in Field Service, with ability to travel and resolve issues at customer sites.
• Fluency in Chinese and English; Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Equipment Installation & Field Technical Support: onsite installation, commissioning, acceptance, and technical support of medical devices in Spain and Europe.
• Software Development & Maintenance: design, development, maintenance, and improvement of medical device software on Windows/Linux; C++/Qt/QML.
• Software & Hardware System Integration: lead or support integration and debugging between software and hardware; troubleshoot PLCs, CAN Bus, sensors, and controls.
• Technical Communication & Issue Resolution: act as interface between European customers/field teams and China R&D; document issues and improvements.
• Technical Documentation & Compliance: maintain installation records, failure analyses, test reports, and CAPA-related activities.
• Customer Training & European Regional Support: provide operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting training; travel across Europe.
