BD is seeking a Depot Service Engineer to deliver high-quality, on-site support for MMS Infusion customers in the Madrid region. Based in San Agustín Madrid, you will perform maintenance, repair, hardware and software installation, and customer training to ensure smooth operations.

With 2–5 years in a service or operations environment (medical sector preferred), you will travel as needed across the country, and occasionally abroad, while maintaining an upper-intermediate level of English and

• Advanced level skills in MS Office, SQL, IT.
• Availability to travel around the country time to time and exceptionally abroad.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high quality, efficient & professional, on time services relating to: pre & post-sales support, maintenance & repair, hardware & software installation, trouble shooting and problem solving and customer technical training.
• Depot based but support the wider team as required within a defined territory as needed or requested
• Promote products and Services and achieve defined targets in terms of savings, quality and revenues where achievable.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the commercial team to drive business growth & success
