BD is seeking a Depot Service Engineer to provide high-quality customer support for our Medication Management Solutions. Based in San Agustín Madrid, you will perform pre- & post-sales support, maintenance & repair, hardware and software installation, troubleshooting and customer training.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in a service/ops role, technical qualifications in Electrical/IT or Biotech, strong MS Office/SQL/IT skills, travel willingness within Spain and occasional abroad, and a good

• Technical High School (Electrical/Electronic or IT) qualified or degree in Biotech.
• 2-5 years of work experience in a service or operations environment, preferably within the medical sector.
• Advanced level of MS Office, SQL and IT skills.
• Navailability to travel around the country and occasionally abroad.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high quality, efficient and professional on-time services including pre & post-sales support, maintenance & repair, hardware & software installation, troubleshooting and customer technical training.
• Depot-based but support the wider team within a defined territory as needed or requested.
• Promote products and services and achieve defined targets in terms of savings, quality and revenues where achievable.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the commercial team to drive business growth and success.
