Abbott is a global healthcare leader seeking a Technical Service Specialist to deliver field service, maintenance, and support for Abbott instruments. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, perform upgrades, and provide first-line support to laboratory customers, ensuring optimal instrument performance.

The role involves proactive service, training customers, and leveraging Abbott remote diagnostics to improve uptime and satisfaction.

Formación

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; engineering/medical tech background preferred.
Strong communication skills with customer-facing experience.
Experience with diagnostic tools and field service operations.

Responsabilidades

Provide field service support and technical troubleshooting for assigned instruments.
Schedule and perform planned maintenance activities.
Provide proactive service using Abbott remote diagnostics tools.
Provide ongoing training and coaching to customers.
Perform instrument upgrades and TSBs.
Act as a trusted partner and technical advisor to customers.
