BD is seeking a Depot Service Engineer to provide high-quality customer support for our Medication Management Solutions. Based in San Agustín Madrid, you will perform pre- & post-sales support, maintenance & repair, hardware and software installation, troubleshooting and customer training.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in a service/ops role, technical qualifications in Electrical/IT or Biotech, strong MS Office/SQL/IT skills, travel willingness within Spain and occasional abroad, and a good

• Technical High School (Electrical/Electronic or IT) qualified or degree in Biotech.
• 2-5 years of work experience in a service or operations environment, preferably within the medical sector.
• Advanced level of MS Office, SQL and IT skills.
• Navailability to travel around the country and occasionally abroad.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high quality, efficient and professional on-time services including pre & post-sales support, maintenance & repair, hardware & software installation, troubleshooting and customer technical training.
• Depot-based but support the wider team within a defined territory as needed or requested.
• Promote products and services and achieve defined targets in terms of savings, quality and revenues where achievable.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the commercial team to drive business growth and success.

With our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team are able to manage multiple systems and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams.

About the role

On behalf of MMS Infusion business the Depot Service Engineer provides high quality professional Customer Support services that meet the needs of both the Customer and the Business.

Based in San Agustín Madrid, main objectives for this position include but not only:

• Deliver high quality, efficient & professional, on time services relating to: pre & post-sales support, maintenance & repair, hardware & software installation, trouble shooting and problem solving and customer technical training.
• Depot based but support the wider team as required within a defined territory as needed or requested
• Promote products and Services and achieve defined targets in terms of savings, quality and revenues where achievable.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the commercial team to drive business growth & success

About you

The ideal candidate will be Technical High School (Electrical/Electronic or IT) qualified or degree in Biotech, with 2-5 years of work experience in a service or operations environment, preferably within the medical sector. In addition, you will bring:

• Advanced level skills in MS Office, SQL, IT
• Availability to travel around the country time to time and exceptionally abroad
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Salary range for the role: 28 000 - 38 000 €/year
