Job summary

Nordex Group is seeking a procurement and material management professional to ensure timely availability of components for Log+MM. You will plan deliveries, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers as well as internal departments to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires several years of procurement experience, strong SAP MM and MS Office skills, and fluent English. Location is in Navarra, Spain, with on-site responsibilities and collaboration across sites.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or studies in business, engineering, logistics or related field.
• Proven experience in procurement or material management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM and MS Office essential.

Responsibilities

• Delivery planning and placing orders with suppliers.
• Coordinate with sourcing, logistics, quality and project execution offices.
• Track non-conforming and missing parts; monitor deliveries to sites.
• Prepare reports and monitor KPI performance.

Job description

MISSION

Ensure the timely availability of components within the scope of Logistics and Material Management (Log+MM).

YOUR TASKS

• Delivery planning


• Placing orders and following up on deliveries


• Coordination with suppliers, Sourcing, Logistics Execution, Quality, and the Project Execution Office


• Tracking and follow-up of non-conforming parts and missing parts


• Coordination with Sites regarding local deliveries


• Preparation of reports and monitoring of KPIs

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed studies in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar


• Very good knowledge of SAP MM and MS Office is required


• Organized, proactive, and decisive, knowledge and experience in supplier management and teamwork, comfortable using IT tools for planning and supply management, goal-oriented


• Very good written and spoken English. Additional languages will be considered an advantage


• Several years of relevant professional experience in procurement or material management
