Nordex Group in Madrid seeks an experienced Project Manager for wind energy projects, focusing on drivetrain and nacelle engineering. You will lead an interdisciplinary team across engineering, production, and purchasing to deliver cost-efficient, high-quality solutions in an international environment.

The role emphasizes project controlling, KPI evaluation, and risk/stakeholder management while enabling time-to-market innovations. Travel and intercultural collaboration are expected.

Formación

• Diploma or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• Proven experience in engineering project management; PM certification is a plus
• Several years in the wind industry, ideally with drive train and nacelle expertise
• Strong MS Office skills, including MS Project Server; ERP and PLM experience advantageous
• Intercultural experience and willingness to travel; fluent English, Spanish or German beneficial

Your Tasks
