Job summary

Nordex Group is hiring an Engineering and Master Data Trainee (m/f/d) in SP M - Parts Excellence. You will manage turbine spare parts topics, perform data cleansing and validation, and support data collection initiatives while contributing to continuous improvement across data and processes.

You will work with cross-functional teams in an international environment, applying your analytical skills, proactive learning, and strong communication to ensure high-quality master data and efficient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Engineering/Data Science/AI).
• Advanced level of English (C1) required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Good organizational and communication skills; proactive and eager to learn.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing and resolving turbine spare parts topics and supporting daily operations.
• Performing data cleansing, validation, and correction to ensure master data quality.
• Supporting Zipcube data collection project and contributing to data management initiatives.
• Driving continuous improvement of internal data, processes, and workflows through analysis.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing support on additional department tasks.
