Job summary

Nordex is seeking a strategic Master Data Management lead for Spare Parts, owning master data standards and governance globally. You will guide the MDM team, shape data processes across SAP ERP environments, and support international ERP rollouts while driving data quality improvements across the value chain.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in Master Data Management within ERP environments, preferably SAP ECC or S/4HANA (MM, SD, FI, CO).
• Several years of professional experience in disciplinary leadership of a team.
• Strong understanding of how master data impacts logistics and financial processes.
• Experience with data governance frameworks and modern data integration tools is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel internationally, around 20-25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide disciplinary and functional leadership to the Spare Parts Master Data Management team.
• Define, implement, and enforce global data governance policies and master data standards.
• Manage and continuously improve master data processes within ERP environments such as SAP S/4HANA.
• Support global ERP rollouts with focus on data structures, mapping, and validation of material master data.
• Drive digital transformation by implementing automated workflows to improve data quality and consistency.
• Collaborate closely with IT, SAP Inhouse Consulting, Controlling, Purchasing, Logistics, and international teams.
• Ensure a synchronized, high-quality, and reliable master data foundation across the global spare parts network.
