Job summary

Nordex Group is hiring an Engineering and Master Data Trainee (m/f/d) in SP M - Parts Excellence. You will manage turbine spare parts topics, perform data cleansing and validation, and support data collection initiatives while contributing to continuous improvement across data and processes.

You will work with cross-functional teams in an international environment, applying your analytical skills, proactive learning, and strong communication to ensure high-quality master data and efficient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Engineering/Data Science/AI).
• Advanced level of English (C1) required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Good organizational and communication skills; proactive and eager to learn.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in an international environment.

Responsibilities

My Tasks

As part of our growth, we are hiring an Engineering and Master Data Trainee (m/f/d) in SPM - Parts Excellence. The main tasks and responsibilities will be as follows:

• Managing and resolving turbine spare parts related topics and supporting daily operational activities
• Performing data cleansing, validation, and correction activities to ensure the accuracy and quality of internal master data
• Supporting the upcoming phases of the Zipcube data collection project and contributing to data management initiatives
• Driving the continuous improvement of internal data, processes, and workflows through analysis and optimization activities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects and providing support on additional tasks within the department

My Profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Advanced level of English is required (C1)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Proactive, dynamic, and eager to learn in an international environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders and manage multiple tasks effectively
