Job summary

SLS Barcelona is seeking a Marketing Trainee to support the marketing team in Barcelona. The trainee will help develop and implement the marketing strategy, ensuring brand consistency across materials and campaigns, and collaborate with sales to provide commercial tools.

Responsibilities include assisting with presentations, branding, PR initiatives, event organization, and coordinating on-site activities with the Lead Brand Ambassador. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in hospitality or a related field.
• Ability to sign an agreement with your school for a period of preferably 6 months.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the creation of presentations, visual materials, and branded content for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Collaborates with the team to develop branding strategies and messaging in close relation with sales department to provide commercial tools.
• Supports the planning and execution of Public Relations initiatives, including media relations activities, influencer collaborations, and brand partnership projects.
• Assists in the organization of events, managing guest lists, RSVP processes, VIP communications, and stakeholder engagement.
• Co-Coordinating with Lead Brand Ambassador on-site marketing activities during events to enhance guest experience and engagement.
